Regulation #10-219: Medical Marijuana

Establishes permanent regulations under the Medical Marijuana Act which will replace the temporary regulations that are set to expire on November 20, 2021.

The final regulation was delivered on 6/13/22 and was scheduled for the 7/21/22 public meeting. It was withdrawn on 7/13/22. The final regulation was resubmitted on 9/19/2022 and is scheduled for the 10/20/2022 public meeting.
