Regulation #16A-4417: Continuing Education

Reduces the required continuing education credits per biennium from 50 to 45 hours, eliminates the restriction on the number of hours that can be completed via distance learning and courses, and clarifies circumstances under which a person may request an extension for all or a portion of continuing education for a biennium.
