Regulation #12-106: Minimum Wage
Updates the executive, administrative and professional exemptions from the minimum wage and overtime requirements of the Minimum Wage Act of 1968.
The Department delivered the Final Regulation on 10/17/19 and it was scheduled for the 11/21/19 Public Meeting. The Final Regulation was withdrawn on 11/21/19. The Department resubmitted the final-form regulation on 12/9/19.
