Limits a licensee to meeting no more than 50 percent of the continuing education requirement through distance education.
The final regulation was delivered on 7/1/16 and disapproved on 8/18/16. The Disapproval order was delivered 8/26/16. The Agency issued a letter stating they are withdrawing the regulation on 10/5/16.
