Regulation #18-450: Display of Registration Plates

Updates the location and manner of attachment requirements with respect to persons with disability, disabled veterans and severely disabled veterans registration plates.

The final regulation was delivered on 9/16/14 and it was withdrawn/resubmitted on 9/19/14.  It was approved at the 10/23/14 public meeting.
