Regulation #11-249: Requirements for Qualified and Certified Reinsurers
Updates existing regulations to be consistent with amendments to the Insurance Company Law and with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners model regulations.
The Insurance Department delivered the Final regulation on 3/7/13. They simultaneously withdrew the Final to fix a technical issue and resubmitted it on 3/18/13.
