Regulation #18-486: Seizure Disorder Regulations

Reduces the period of time that a person is disqualified from driving following a seizure from 6 months to 3 months and gives the treating physician the option of imposing a seizure-free period that is longer than 3 months if warranted by the risk of a subsequent seizure.
