Regulation #41-22: Transfer of Authority for Parole Supervision

Rescinds and reserves the Pennsylvania Parole Board’s regulations at 37 Pa. Code Chapters 68, 69 and 77 and adds Chapters 98, 99, 100, and 101 to the Department of Corrections’ regulations due to amended statutory authority.

This final omitted regulation is a joint regulation between the Pennsylvania Parole Board (#41-22) and the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (#19-17).
