Regulation #7-566: Exclusion for Identification and Listing Hazardous Waste at MAX Environmental Technologies, Inc. Bulger and Yukon Facilities
Removes the wastewater treatment sludge filter cake at the MAX Bulger and Yukon facilities from the list of hazardous wastes as long as specific conditions demonstrating the filter cake does not exhibit any hazardous waste characteristics are met.
This rulemaking was originally delivered on 12/14/21. It was redelivered on 1/4/22 due to changes to the Preamble regarding the public hearings. No other changes have been made to the rulemaking package.
