Regulation #74-4: Standards for Drug and Alcohol Recovery House Licensure

Creates standards for drug and alcohol recovery houses that receive funding or referrals from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, or a Federal, State or county agency to obtain licensure.

The Final Omit was originally delivered on 3/1/21.  It was withdrawn and resubmitted on 3/15/21 and was scheduled for the 4/15/21 public meeting.  It was withdrawn again on 4/9/21.  The Final Omit was resubmitted on 6/14/21 and was disapproved at the 7/15/21 public meeting.  The regulation was resubmitted on 10/1/21 and was approved at the 10/21/21 public meeting.
