Regulation #57-304: Implementation of the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards Act of 2004
Amends existing regulations to comply with Act 35 of 2007 and Act 129 of 2008, and clarifies issues of law, administrative procedure and policy.
The final regulation was originally submitted on 3/22/16 and was disapproved 5-0 on May 19, 2016. Order delivered to PUC on June 2, 2016. Day 1 of 40 is June 3, 2016. Last day for PUC to redeliver is July 12, 2016. The final regulation was resubmitted on 6/13/16 and is scheduled for the 6/30/16 public meeting.
The regulation was disapproved a second time on 6/30/16. The second disapproval order was delivered to the PUC and the Committees on 7/12/16. Neither committee took action on the regulation. It was deemed approved by the committees on 7/26/16.
