Establishes water conservation measures as
regulatory obligations for all water public utilities; requires reporting of unaccounted for water by Class A, B and C water public utilities and each municipal corporation providing jurisdictional water service; and establishes a
water loss audit obligation for Class A public water utilities.
On 7/13/23, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission voted to reopen the public comment period for regulation #57-336 for an additional 30 days. The order reopening the public comment period became effective upon publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on 7/29/23 and can be found below under the Related Documents tab. On 9/27/23, IRRC issued a letter to the PUC indicating we will not be submitting supplemental comments, which can be found under Related Documents.
