Regulation #14-545: Subsidized Child Care Eligibility
Aligns eligibility requirements with requirements set forth in the Federal Child Care and Development Block Grant.
By letter dated May 12, 2023, the Department of Human Services has advised:
“Based on further outreach from early learning advocates and providers, the Department of Human Services is requesting the Commission disapprove #14-545, Subsidized Child Care Eligibility final-form regulation due to the potential financial impact of removing the provision under section 3042.14(d). Assuming receipt of a disapproval order, the department intends to revise and resubmit the regulation accordingly.”
