Updates the Uniform Construction Code to adopt provisions of the International Building Code of 2015 and the American National Standards Institute.

The Final-Omitted Regulation was delivered on 12/18/15 and was scheduled for the 1/21/16 public meeting.  It was withdrawn on 1/20/16.
