Regulation #54-83: Posting Requirements for Extension
Increases the time period during which an application to extend licensed premises must be posted at the premises from 15 days to 30 days.
The regulation was received on 4/21/15 and withdrawn on 6/24/15. The regulation was redelivered on 9/15/15 as a new proposed regulation. It was delayed in being published waiting for a fiscal note, which was received on 10/7/15.
