Regulation #17-79: Designation of Emergency Vehicles

Designates as emergency vehicles Philadelphia Prison System vehicles used to escort ambulances which are transporting sick or injured prisoners.

The Pennsylvania State Police originally submitted the regulation on 10/16/14.  On 7/19/16, the regulation was withdrawn
