Regulation #125-184: Possession of Weapons within a Licensed Facility

Eliminates the Board's regulatory prohibition on the possession of firearms and other weapons within a licensed facility in conformance with Act 10 of 2011.

The Final-Omitted regulation was delivered on 10/10/14 and was withdrawn on 11/17/14.  It was resubmitted on 3/11/15 and it is scheduled for the 4/16/15 Public Meeting.
