Regulation #16-56: Lobbying Disclosure Registration Fee
Increases the biennial registration fee for individuals and entities required to be registered under the Lobbying Disclosure Act from $200 to $300.
The final regulation was submitted on 8/15/14 and was disapproved on 9/18/14. The regulation was resubmitted on 10/7/14 and approved at the 10/23/14 public meeting.
