Regulation #7-481: Maintenance of Incombustible Content of Rock Dust

Requires that where rock dust is to be applied in bituminous coal mines, the incombustible content of the combined coal dust, rock dust and other dust resent in the mine's intake and return airways must not be less than 80%.
