Regulation #106-10: Practice and Procedure

Amends existing rules of practice and procedure.

Final regulation submitted on 4/17/14 and was withdrawn on 4/23/14.  It was resubmitted on 4/30/14 and was approved at the 6/19/14 public meeting.  The Pennsylvania Bulletin published the final regulation on 8/9/14, except for § 1021.94 which was published on 11/22/14.
