Regulation #16A-6318: Code of Ethics
Updates and simplifies the code of ethics; addresses compliance with the American Psychological Association's standards and guidelines; and revises record keeping requirements.
The State Board of Psychology voted to withdraw the regulation at its meeting on September 24, 2012. On September 27, 2012, IRRC received written notification from the Board that the regulation is withdrawn.
