Provides for examination and certification of geologists in training and conforms the regulation to current administrative practice.

The Final regulation was delivered on 5/2/13 and was withdrawn on 6/4/13.  The Board redelivered the regulation on 11/22/13 and it was approved at the 1/16/14 Public Meeting.
